Elizabeth Botes
strong background of management experience in the telecommunications and
digital video industries. Elizabeth is responsible for setting the strategic
direction of the company and implementing key initiatives to drive Brisbane
Digital’s evolution in the next phase of the company’s growth.
Prior to Brisbane Digital, Elizabeth was with Terayon, where she was responsible
for the company’s global distribution strategies and the development of the company’s distribution channels. Prior to Terayon, Elizabeth held senior
leadership roles at Aethra, an Italian audio/video communications company
and at Polycom. During her tenure at Polycom, Elizabeth was responsible for channel sales strategy and international sales from its early days as a start up
with no revenue through becoming a publicly traded company with sales
exceeding $500 million dollars.
Elizabeth holds a Masters degree in International Public Administration from
the Monterey Institute of International Studies (Middlebury College) and a
Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and Russian Studies from Case
Western Reserve University.

David Barron
David Barron is Senior Vice President, responsible for Business Affairs, Administration and Market Development for the firm. He also serves
as an engagement manager or executive consultant for a number of key
clients and executives. He provides expertise in the areas of strategic
planning, business modeling, interactive content, technology licensing,
marketing and operations management.
Prior to Brisbane Digital, David has worked with some of the most successful companies in the world, including Apple Computer, General Electric, Microsoft, Motorola, SBC Communications and The Walt Disney Company. David has held management positions with responsibilities for launching new products &
emerging technologies, developing product licensing & distribution strategies,
negotiating contracts and managing joint ventures & strategic alliances.
David holds a law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor
of Science in Marketing and Computer Science from Ithaca College. He has been
a featured speaker for a number of industry events including the Digital Media Summit and Digital Hollywood and is a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, the Cable Telecommunications Association for Marketing and the Hollywood Radio and Television Society.

David Axtell

David brings more than twenty years of consulting, management and technical experience to the firm. David is a highly skilled technology strategist and program manager, responsible for several ground-breaking digital television initiatives for companies such as Time-Warner, Sony, The Walt Disney Company, SGI, Sun Microsystems and DirecTV. Through these programs he has amassed expertise
in systems analysis and integration, content management, media automation, contract management and risk mitigation. Prior to David's management career,
he spent more than a dozen years programming embedded systems and software applications, which imbued him with a fundamental understanding of complex systems and architecture.
